This is a wonderful introductory book if you're interested in ACT. It is full of engaging exercises to enable experiential learning and funny anecdotes throughout. 

If you would like to understand more about trauma and how it affects our body this book is highly comprehensive and discusses innovative ways of  reconnection.

This book is full of great exercises aimed at engaging you in the present moment and noticing your own internal experience without judgement.
